A Healthy Cooking Class is your opportunity to learn how to utilize key ingredients and make fast, simple and delicious meals with optimum health benefits. You will learn a healthier way of cooking that's enjoyable, affordable, quick and easy to fit into your active lifestyle.

- Fee for the healthy cooking class is $30.00 per person
- You will be able to eat the meals prepared during class
- You will receive recipes and a grocery shopping list for meals prepared
